By registering for the affiliate program, you agree to display information describing your affiliate relationship, created by Gaballi. Furthermore, you guarantee that (i) the material on your Web site does not contain representations of violence, sexually-explicit content or discriminatory statements or representations with respect to race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age, nor is it illegal in any other way; (ii) the material used does not infringe the rights of third parties, especially no patent, authorial, brand or other commercial property rights or general personal rights; (iii) you do not send any e-mail without the express, previous permission of the recipient of the e-mail (spam e-mails). Zero Tolerance Spam Policy: Spam is defined as any unsolicited email whether commercial or non-commercial in nature. Spam includes, but is not limited to email spam, fax spam and search engine spam. All affiliates are expected to adhere to Gaballi.com's no spam policy. If you run a newsletter, or other kind of bulk email service, you must have evidence that people signed up to receive email from you. Any and all spam complaints will be investigated thoroughly. Any affiliate that engages spam or in promoting prohibited products or services in connection with their site in any way shall have their affiliate account terminated and could lose any or all affiliate commissions due to them. The site owner also shall be held liable for any and all damages and/or losses that may result as a consequence. How Commissions are Calculated: Commissions are calculated automatically at the end of each day. You can review account balance anytime online in your affiliate homepage. You earn 15% commission on gross sales for all purchases via your Gaballi.com affiliate link. All customers who come via your affiliate link will receive lifetime lasting cookies on their computers. You will receive 20% of all sales for such customers during affiliate cookie lifetime. Your earned commissions never expire. Note: If Gaballi.com must refund a customer purchase you received a commission for, the commission you earned for that purchase will be subtracted from future commission earnings. Refunds can occur due to various reasons such as fraud credit card purchase, suspicious order, bank chargebacks etc. Form of Payment: You can withdraw your earnings from your affiliate account using 2 different payment methods: Gaballi VISA and checks. 1. If you choose to receive the commission via check it will be sent at the beginning of the month and delivered to you via USPS. All requests for payments via check are accepted by the 30th of the current month, otherwise your request will be processed only after the 30th of the next month. You may request withdrawal via check only once per month. 2. If you choose to enroll in the Gaballi VISA payment program your commissions will be deposited onto you Gaballi VISA when they are available ( useally 3 to 5 days after the sale is complete.) Note: Money can be withdrawn only after account balance exceeds $10. When You Receive Payment: Usually it takes up to 72 hours for our staff to initiate the transfer. Commission Structure: Gaballi.com reserves the right to modify the terms of commission structure and delivery at any time. Disclaimer: Services, information and other content available from or through the site are provided "as-is," "as available," and all warranties, express or implied, are disclaimed.
